Wash and chop the herbs.
Mix and divide in two.
Prepare a marinade with the white wine, half of the Isio4 olive oil and half of the herbs.
Add pepper.
Leave the whiting fillets to marinate for half an hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut out 8 squares of greaseproof paper, with each side measuring 20 to 25 centimetres.
Place one whiting fillet, one tablespoonful of marinade and 1 slice of lemon on each square.
Add salt and fold the square closed to make a parcel.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve the parcels open, sprinkling the rest of the herbs over the fish. |
